Before you begin filling out the application, please make sure you have the following information on hand: 

• A Residency Program Verification Letter

This can be a confirmation or acceptance email from your residency program or a note from your residency director confirming you are enrolled in the residency. You will need to be able to upload this document, so please make sure you have a word document, PDF or jpg version to upload.

For PGY2/3 applications, membership dues of $130 are required to join, so please make sure you have a credit card available to pay online as part of your online application.
