Welcome to the ACFAS Post-Graduate Fellow Membership Online Application Page!

Before you begin filling out the application, please make sure you have the following information on hand: 

• A Fellowship Program Verification Letter

This can be a confirmation or acceptance email from your fellowship program or a note from your fellowship director confirming you are enrolled in the fellowship. You will need to be able to upload this document, so please make sure you have a word document, PDF or jpg version to upload.

For Post-Graduate Fellowship applications, membership dues of $250 are required to join, so please make sure you have a credit card available to pay online as part of your online application.

If you apply before June 1, your membership will be valid through 9/30 of the current year you are applying. If you apply after June 1, your membership will be valid through 9/30 of the following year.
