ACFAS Associate Membership Online Application

Associate Membership with the College and provides you with the College’s esteemed AACFAS designation.  If you are Board Qualified in Foot Surgery with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS), you are eligible to apply to be an Associate Member.  Verification of status will be made with ABFAS.
