The poster submission deadline was October 15, 2024. 

 Notification regarding acceptance will be emailed by November 18, 2024.

Accepted posters can be now uploaded into the system - Please log in HERE.
Accepted posters must have their PDF submitted by December 6, 2024.
There are no extensions of this deadline.
