Call for Posters

If you are involved in a study that would be beneficial to the profession, the Annual Scientific Conference Program Committee invites you to submit your poster for consideration to present at the 2025 ACFAS Annual Scientific Conference in Phoenix, Arizona.

The poster submission deadline is October 15, 2024.  Notification regarding acceptance will be emailed by November 18, 2024.

Accepted posters must have their PDF submitted by December 6, 2024.
There are no extensions of this deadline.

Student Club Poster Submissions – Please Read: 

If you are submitting a poster for your student club, our submission process has changed. You are not required to set up a profile in this poster submission site – please contact Maddy Giella, Membership and Post Graduate Affairs Manager, at maddy.giella@acfas.org for further information. 

If you are a student submitting an abstract for a poster which is not affiliated with a student club, please proceed with creating an account in this submission site.
